Delivery

As Rototherm products are built to individual customer specifications - delivery lead times will vary from between a few days to a few weeks or longer for non standard products. Our sales department can advise you of the current delivery time for any of your chosen products.

Payment

Customers who do not have an established credit facility are required to pay in advance - either by cheque or by bank transfer - our bank details are shown below.

Terms of Business
 
CANCELLATION:
We will begin our material ordering & manufacturing immediately the order is released into production. Therefore no cancellation in part or full can be accepted without charges being applied up to and including 100% of the full value of the order.

DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times stated are an estimate and are made in good faith. Delivery dates may be subject to reasonable change/s that where possible will be advised in advance. All delivery estimates given may be subject to delays caused by factors that may fall outside of our control or in-house or third party inspection procedures carried out prior to dispatch which is conducted inline with our quality assurance programmed.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES / CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
Under no circumstances are liquidated damages or consequential loss clauses, when implied, written or otherwise, accepted by British Rototherm.

ORDER / SPECIFICATION CHANGES:
Changes to this order or the manufacturing processes may be made during the early stages of the manufacturing process by the client. However, additional costs or delays, sometimes significant, beyond the stated terms above are likely to occur in these instances. We reserve the right to part invoice for work carried out or materials purchased up to the point of such changes.

Please note that all orders are accepted in GBP £ (Pounds Sterling) currency

PRODUCT SUITABILITY & APPLICATION:
Please note that in the absence of detailed application data from a client the above product/s conform to the material / technical / performance data as stated in our main catalogue (unless stated otherwise) which is available at any time by request by contacting our technical sales or Q.C. departments. Where applicable or by request products will be supplied with an operation and instruction manual. Alternatively, the same material / technical / performance data is available 24 hours a day, everyday in the technical section of our website. Where specific maximum and / or minimum ratings are given or stated, such as pressure test parameters or maximum or minimum temperatures, it is understood that these rating are the extremes or outer limits allowable, the products shown above can sustain / survive limited exposure to these conditions but are not designed to work at these extremes, outer limits, maximums or minimums continually.
