Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each year we conduct various surveys amongst our customer base. These range from quarterly surveys such as our Customer Satisfaction Survey to more irregular surveys where we are trying to obtain your view on specific products or services, for example the Website feedback survey.

We use the information you provide us with in two ways. Firstly it allows us to assess how well, or not, we are delivering our products and services and secondly it provides us with an insight on what changes you would like to have made to existing products and services and what new products and services you would be interested in.

To return this form by e-mail, please save the file to either your Desktop or My Documents folder and then return the completed survey to sales@rototherm.co.uk and attach the saved, completed survey.
